1. Credit Management Specialist- Risk Control Policy Establishment & Management Department
Job Description: •Responsible for the Bank’s computer system concerning the credit process and credit operation •Responsible for preparing and submitting the credit report. •Responsibility to consider the Bank’s credit policy and workflow. •Responsibility to coordinate with relevant department to setup the Bank’s new credit policy and workflow.

  Qualifications required:

• Bachelor/Master Degree
• Minimum 6 years experience on related functions
• Knowledge of the bank’s credit products and/or credit procedures
and workflow
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 2007
• Chinese (Mandarin) language is a plus



2. Asset Management Officer (VP-AVP)
Job Responsibilities: 1.) To study and analyze the debtor's business and financial capacity. 2.) Business visit & collateral survey to find out the problem and initiate the appropriate restructuring plan for loan recovery. 3.) Negotiate and finalize the resolution with the debtor. 4.) Prepare call reports from the restructuring negotiation or site visit. 5.) Prepare credit proposal for debt restructuring/ annual review for approval. 6.) Closely monitoring/ follow-up the debtor's repayment as schedule in order to mitigate risk of NPL Re-entry. 7.) To co-ordinate with the debtor in order to find out potential investor for collateral buy-out/ investment. 8.) To closely follow-up the litigation & enforcement process in order to reach recovery target. 9.) To analyze demand in collateral and widely market the sale for the purpose of highest price liquidation via auction to potential investor. 10.) To participate lenders' meeting such as cases under litigation process, including the court's witness. 11.) To conduct special tasks upon Head of Division assigned, i.e. Being TAMC coordinator, Preparing weekly performance report, yearly business plan, assets investigation, quarterly report of NPL reduction to the BOT, Half-year NPL written-off report. 12.) To assist and support the credit analysis write up in English for Asset Management Department. 13.) To speed-up and increase productivity of loan recovery.

  Qualification Required:

·Bachelor/Master Degree
·5+years direct work experience in NPL/Asset Management, Corporate/SME lending.
.Good in both written and spoken English


3. Call Center Officer
Job Description: ·To provide information to customers about the banking products and services with accuracy and completeness. ·To answers questions, provide information/advice on banking products and services for customers through phone and facsimile and to solve problems at initial stage (if any) with presenting a professional bank image through phone interaction. ·To listen problems and complaints from the customers about the services and keep records of customer calls, then inform the related departments for further problem solving assistant to customer concerns. · To oversee the e-system serving customer needs and coordinate with the related department if problems occurred. · To provide useful information and recommendations to the management for service efficiency and continuous improvement and development. · To consistently develop knowledge and skills and involve in the knowledge testing of banking products and services.

  Qualifications required:
· Bachelor Degree
· 1 - 3 years direct experience in call center of banking or financial institutions.
· Good command of spoken Chinese (Mandarin).
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word
· Able to work on shift



4. E-channel Specialist – Retail Banking
Job Description: • To support the development and implementation of Electronic Banking Business such as internet banking business, ATM, electronic payment, etc. • To coordinate and facilitate electronic banking parameter management, branch management(Customer Service Officer). • To update the E-Banking product innovation. • To inquire and analyze the requirements and proceed with the operation test. • To assist in planning and launching the E-Banking marketing promotion & access the performance evaluation. • To provide support to the customers such as answering inquiries, training, problem solving. • To prepare reports, articles, documentation, statistic, survey, etc. • To draw out E-Banking Business Management Process & Operation Procedure. • To proceed E-Banking Risk Management & Inspection. • To train staff about E-banking.

  Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor / Master Degree.
• Minimum 3 years in banking experience, especially in E-banking function.
• Knowledge of banking products.
• Good in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin) preferable.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.



5. Card Risk Manager – Retail Banking
Job Description: • Check the credit card application form and verify the customers’ information to be integrity, legal and proved. • Input application information into the screening operating system completely and accurately. • Make approval decision, including final judgment, type of credit card and assignment of the initial credit limit. • Present the scheme on credit card screening and approval procedures according to the statement analysis and policies. • Manage the customers’ files. • Communicate with the branch staff and provide feedback on the credit approved information. • Tracks the credit card approval process in ICBC Credit Card Centre (International). • Maintain the parameters tables and database of bank card. • Gather the data of bank card. • Control the risk of bank card and conduct the credit card collection. • Analyze and judge on the suspicious transactions done by customers whether engaging in the terrorist activities or not. • Report the transaction details and investigation results to international anti-terrorism and AML organizations.

  Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years direct experience in marketing of bank card business.
• Good in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin) preferable.



6. Marketing Manager - Retail Banking Department
Job Description: • Develop a business report and maintain a business report. • Formulate the policies of bank card business and develop different kinds of marketing measures suitable to different customers. • Establish and maintain a management system capable of addressing market changes and customer demands. • Test and maintain the FOVA system. • Develop and promote the ATM and POS business. • Create a marketing campaign and communicate marketing campaign to the dealers& customers. • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. • Advise and train dealers and sales people to be financial consultant for customer. • Design the marketing brochures and the solutions to the actual questions that customers have asked. • Formulate the bank card annual plan and complete the task and target. • Support other works of the retail banking department.

7. Business Center Head - Nakhon Ratchasima Business Center
Job Description: Manage the operation of business center head by targeting customers on corporate lending and SME, funding marketing, business development and service. To perform credit and risk analysis and provide appropriate credit facilities to match customer’s needs. Establish the business strategy and operational plan to achieve the target as set by management. Manage the business center to achieve business target on credit, deposit and maximize profit according to bank’s policy. Effectively direct and conduct the business and services of the bank. Personnel management and staff performance management. Provide consultation, coach and problem solving to subordinates. Consider and comment on the credit business and effectively monitor & administer the use of credit as approved. Control, monitor and review the credit quality of the business center. Participate in local trade associations & communities and be the bank representative to enhance strong relationship between bank and locals. To build good image of the bank. Perform duties in accordance to the operational manual including operational risk prevention. To closely coach and support subordinates in order to perform their duties correctly, efficiently and with commitment.

  Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years direct working experience in corporate lending or SME business loan and 5 years in management level.
- Have experience in credit marketing and analysis of corporate lending or SME customers.

8. Head of Department – Corporate Banking (SVP)
Job Description: •Responsible for the development of new and existing business relationship with corporate customers. •Identification for target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers to offer proper credit facilities. •Be responsible for negotiating and closing the deal with customers. •Study and review new credit proposal prepared by the loan officers to ensure that the amount of credit facilities and terms and conditions of the facilities are justified. •Study and review credit reviews prepared by the loan officers to ensure that proposed terms / conditions for review / renewal are acceptable and within a proper time. •Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure the maximum utilization of credit lines and good quality of portfolio. •Be responsible for guide / coaching team members to enhance their experiences / effectiveness.

  Qualifications required:
•Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years work experience in Corporate lending, Project Finance, Trade Finance.

9. Relationship Manager - Chinese Commercial Banking
To assist in formulating business strategy and action plan for corporate banking and medium size in the field of Local Chinese business. To assist in identifying, developing and upgrading Local Chinese business opportunities based in Thailand. Lead to provide lending business and other banking products by referring and cooperating with other front lines and/or product owners. To develop and execute business that optimally leverages Bank’s resources to fulfill performance goal set by the bank. Be responsible for negotiating and closing the deal with customers. To manage customer's expectations and effectively engage in difficult discussions with customers.

  - Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Corporate Lending.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese(Mandarin), English.
- Good credit/financial analysis background with sound instincts for risk assessment.
- Good knowledge in banking products and services.



10. System Operator (Englisg & Chinese Language skill)
To perform and support IT day to day operations. To coordinate with Chinese’s IT Staff in providing end user support for Core Banking System and daily operation of Core Banking for end user e.g. Data Transfer, Data Restoration, Report Delivery and etc. To perform and coordinate with Chinese’s IT Staff to resolve problems or issues for Core Banking System. To manage, control and ensure service of Core Banking System meet with Service Level Agreement. Notify the supervisor if any problem occurs and assist the users by answering and/or obtaining answers to technical questions. To report the Core Banking dashboard to IT management team and suggestion of improvement area. To support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  - Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT operation or related field.
- Strong working experience in IT operation and IT infrastructure.

14. Credit Analyst : Credit Risk Department
Provide risk assessment report involving the identification, evaluation and mitigation of credit risk relating to large and medium-sized corporate. Check compliance to credit policy and other risk management policies of the Bank for new and existing borrower accounts. Review and monitor risk of borrowers and make provision recommendation where necessary to Management.

  - Master Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in credit & marketing or credit analysis in financial institutions.

16. Lending Specialist (AVP-VP)
Job Description: Coach, advice and verify the preparation of credit application prior presenting to Committee for credit approval. Monitor loan portfolio of each assigned business centers in order to maintain portfolio quality, loan classification, and annual credit renewal to be complied with the bank's policy. Cooperating with branches in developing new potential customers in order to propose suitable credit facility with acceptable credit risk providing prompt response to the customer. Prepare customer database of each branch and monitor the portfolio so as to determine the portfolio expansion. Provide marketing information and prospect customer to the Branch. Provide training courses regarding credit knowledge to Branch’s lending officers. Support Head of Department in monitoring branch reports on credit management and branch performance.

  Qualifications Required:

-Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
-Minimum 8 years direct experience in credit analysis of SME or Corporate Banking.
-Strong in financial analysis skills.

Set up and manage a team of Financial Planners who are dedicated to provide comprehensive financial planning and consultations to high net worth members. Perform sales and marketing function of mutual funds products, bonds, debentures and various investment products.
