ICBC (Thai) Bank Plc. is pleased to introduce the NCB information request service to open up an opportunity for the general public, particularly those in the provincial areas, to check the accuracy of their credit transactions records. The Bank serves as an agent of the National Credit Bureau Co., Ltd. (NCB) to accept the information requests and the information fee payments. The service is available only for the information owners who are individuals and must lodge the request by themselves. NCB will verify the information and send a report to you by registered mail within one week from the date of your request filing to the Bank.
Application process
1. Present following documents to the Bank’s officials:
Thai nationals
• Citizen ID card/other card issued by a government agency on which your citizen ID card number is indicated (original copy)
Non-Thai nationals
• Passport/resident certificate (original copy)
2. Fill in the request form provided by the Bank’s official and completely sign therein.
3. Pay the information fee to the Bank’s official:
- Form 1: One-time report Bt. 120
- Form 2: Two reports issued semi-annually Bt. 200
- Form 3: Three reports issued quarterly Bt. 350
- Form 4: Six reports issued bimonthly Bt. 500
4. The Bank issues a receipt of information fee payment and postage charge payment for you to retain as evidence.
5. NCB sends a report to you within one week from your request filing to the Bank.

• your mailing address to which to send the report, please indicate clearly and precisely in the request form, including your phone number at which for NCB to reach you in case of a failed delivery.
