29. Asset Management Officer (AVP-VP)
To study and analyze the NPL client's business and financial capacity. To perform business visit & collateral survey in proposing the clients with an appropriate restructuring plan for loan recovery. To prepare credit proposal for NPL restructuring and annual review for approval. To closely monitoring/ follow-up the NPL's repayment as scheduled in order to mitigate risk of NPL Re-entry. To co-ordinate with the NPL client in order to find out potential investor for collateral buy-out/ investment. To closely follow-up the enforcement process in order to reach recovery target.
