ICBC (Thai) has issued the following measure for assisting the customers affected by COVID-19 or the changing of minimum credit card payment.

Conditions: |
• The customers who are directly or indirectly impacted by COVID-19 or Minimum Payment changing. • The customers shall be the credit cardholders of the Bank whose credit cards are Normal status and no delinquent record more than 90 days. |
Assistance Measures: |
• The interest rate refers to Minimum Retail Rate (MRR) of the Bank at 7.950%. • The minimum payment is 8%. • During the assistance period, the remaining available amount on the credit card(s) of the eligible customers shall be temporarily suspended. *Remark: Subject to the consideration on case by case basis. |
