Article IV Limit per Transaction The Corporate customer may be permitted to use the ICBC Corporate e-Banking after registering at any branch of the Bank.     If an incorrect Log-in Password has been input for 3 consecutive times within the same day, the access to the ICBC (Thai) e-Banking will be automatically halt for one day and will be available again the next day. Consequently, if an incorrect Log-in Password has been input for 6 accumulate times, such password will be automatically cancelled in which the Applicant will need to reset the Log-in Password at any branch of the Bank.     If an incorrect Certificate Password has been input for 3 accumulate times, the Certificate Password will be automatically cancelled in which the Applicant will need to reset the Certificate Password at any branch of the Bank. The Bank’s Website: www.icbcthai.com. The ICBC Corporate e-Banking is available 24-hour a day. However, Bahtnet Transfer service can be appointed at any branches during operating hours.

Remark:
• For the Bahtnet transaction with amount more than 5,000,000 THB less than 50,000,000 THB, need to submit transaction before 11.00am. If the transaction is submitted after 11.00am, the transaction will be done on the next working day. For the transaction from 50,000,000 – 100,000,000 THB, customer needs to inform the bank at least one working day.
• For outward remittance equal or more than USD200,000 or the equivalent in other currencies, relevant documents shall be submitted as required by the Bank of Thailand.
• Some type of Global Outward funds transfers require approval from the BOT before being sent abroad.
• The time required for a funds transfer differs with the time zone being transferred to and the business hours of commercial banks in each country.
• The bank is not allowed to make money transfers to countries on the sanction list of OFAC or account with Sanction Countries.

Article V Others
The Bank will make an announcement in advance when the service is to be suspended more than 3 hours due to an upgrade of the Bank’s website or the ICBC
