US Global Finance magazine has recently released the results of 2016 Best Corporate Internet Bank in Asia Pacific. ICBC was awarded for multiple advantages in product function, user experience and market influence. This is the fifth time ICBC wins the award.
According to an official with ICBC, the Bank’s corporate internet banking is an all-dimensional corporate customer financial service platform integrating six major functions including account management, fund settlement and liquidation, investment & financing, liquidity management, characteristic businesses and financing service. ICBC’s corporate internet banking now boasts 4.6 million customers, with an annual trading volume of RMB 45 billion after a decade of development. Currently, over 90% of ICBC corporate businesses can be completed through corporate internet banking.
ICBC has been keen to provide group customers with customized corporate internet banking services such as bank-enterprise interlink by leveraging strength in technology, whole-chain and multi-license financing business system. For example, ICBC’s bank-enterprise interlink connects its banking system to corporate financial system, allowing enterprises to handle banking services such as account management, transfer and payment directly through the fiscal systems, and set customized functions in the fiscal system to satisfy various financial demands. Currently, among the Chinese enterprises in the Fortune Global 500 List, 86% of non-bank enterprises have opened ICBC bank-enterprise interlink service.
