Termination of credit card payment through the bill payment service points at Lotus’s and Lotus's go fresh
 
Dear ICBC (Thai) Credit Cardholder(s)

            Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) would like to thank for your trustfulness in using our ICBC (Thai) credit card(s) (the “Credit Card”). We would like to inform you that the Bank would like to terminate the credit card bill payment made through the bill payment service points at Lotus’s and Lotus's go fresh with effective from 1 August 2025. The credit cardholder(s) is able to pay the credit card bill(s) without service fees through other channels by using credit card number(s) or scanning barcode or QR code shown in the credit card statement(s) as follows:

Payment by using credit card number
  1. ICBC (Thai)’s Counters
  2. ICBC (Thai)’s Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service and ATMs.
  3. Automatically direct Debit from ICBC (Thai) bank account.
Payment by scanning barcode shown in the credit card statement(s)
  1. K Bank’s Counters
  2. K Bank’s Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service and ATMs
  3. Bangkok Bank (BBL)’s Counters
  4. Bangkok Bank (BBL)’s Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service and ATMs
Payment by scanning QR code shown in the credit card statement(s)
