| In order to assist and support the debtor who has got the impacted from flooding, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) has implemented the following measure. |
Financial Assistance Measures to Housing Loan debtor |
| Conditions: |
- Being impacted by flooding
- Being the existing debtor with ICBC (Thai)
- Not being NPL status
|
| Assistance Measures: |
- Grace period for principle and/or interest at maximum 12 months with the request for financial assistance from 25 November 2025 – 31 January 2026.
- Subject to the consideration on case by case basis.

Financial Assistance Measures to SME debtor |
| Conditions: |
- Juristic person or individual registered for business in Thailand as SME and located in Thailand
- Being the existing debtor with ICBC (Thai)
- Not being the public company in SET/MAI
- Not doing any business relating to financing
- Not being NPL
- Impacted directly or indirectly from flooding

| Assistance Measures: |
- Debt reschedule or debt restructuring including providing grace period of principal and/or interest, extending tenor, etc. to be in line with the debtor’s current and future repayment ability.
- Subject to the consideration on case by case basis for the request for financial assistance from 25 November 2025 – 31 January 2026.
