Assistance measure for Credit Card holder who impacted by flood in Songkhla
 
      In order to assist and support the debtor who has got the impacted by flood in Songkhla (Area of Extremely Severe Disaster, Level 4), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) has implemented the assistance measure with the following details:

Customer Criteria
• The customer who is impacted by flood in Songkhla (Area of Extremely Severe Disaster, Level 4) 
• The customer who has total credit card limit amount not more than 100,000 THB
• The customer status is not NPL (Non-Performing Loan)

Assistance Measures
• The amount of assistance is not more than outstanding repayment amount before Dec 2, 2025.
• Hold repayment amount and waive interest 12 months from the opt-in date
• During the assistance period, the remaining available limit amount on the credit card shall be decreased with total holding repayment
  amount

Effective Period

Opt-in until Jan 31, 2026

Supporting Documents
• Request form
• Copy of Citizen ID
• Copy of house registration or renting contract
• Image of affected household
• Google map location
• Proof of claimed insurance or proof of application for government assistant

After assistance period is expired
• Request form
• The holding repayment will be transferred to credit card in full amount
• If customer would like to stop the assistance period, customer can request and the holding repayment will be transferred to credit card in
  full  amount
