Customers can exercise their right to send financial data held by ICBC (Thai) to other financial providers via the National Credit Bureau (NCB). |

- Customers can exercise their right to send data from one financial provider to another when applying for services. Financial service providers must comply with regulations on personal data protection, IT system security for data transmission, and other relevant laws.

Remarks: The Your Data project is an initiative of the Bank of Thailand. It aims to establish a mechanism enabling citizens to exercise their right to securely and conveniently transmit their own data, held by financial service providers and relevant agencies, through standardized digital channels. The goal is to access financial services that better meet their needs, underpinned by principles of personal data protection and information security. Further details about the Your Data project can be found on the Bank of Thailand's website. Please note that the project is currently under development and it is not yet operate at this time.
