Guideline on Assistance Measure for Credit Cardholders
 
      ICBC (Thai) has issued the following measures for assisting the customers affected by the changing of minimum credit card payment or seeking credit solution on credit card.

Conditions:
• The customers who are impacted by Minimum Payment changing or wish to solve credit solutions. 
• The customers shall be the credit cardholders of the Bank whose credit cards are Normal status and no delinquent record more than 90 days.

Assistance Measures:
• Reduce the interest rate from 16% per annum to Minimum Retail Rate (MRR) at 7.950% per annum.
• During the assistance period, the remaining available amount on the credit card(s) of the eligible customers shall be temporarily suspended.
*Remark: Subject to the consideration on case by case basis.
