On 28 March 2018, ICBC (Thai) led by Dr. Zhigang Li, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Shiqiang Li, Chief Executive Officer together with senior executives from Chinese Business Division attended the signing ceremony of TRC between SINOHYDRO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Regarding to this, ICBC (Thai) was appointed as a financial advisor and also advise the selection of Engineering Procurement and Construction from China. The signing ceremony was held at Centara Grand Central Ladprao.
