On 26 September 2017, ICBC (Thai) represented by Khun Wisit Ausawalaithong, Executive Vice President of Information Technology Division, signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and 13 commercial banks in order to enhance the standard of service, a part of ICT Development of PEA, in order to move forward to the Thailand 4.0.
