For the security improvement of the device usage on ICBC Mobile Application, you will be able to use ICBC Application on one trusted device only from 29 March 2023.
The secure question will be required to set upon your first login. After successfully setting, you may use secure question or PIN from e-Password Token for verification to change the existing trusted device to other new device.
