| Terms and Conditions: |
- The promotion is only reserved for ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders whose cards are still valid.
- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders get discount up to THB 2,500 when spending via ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card reaches amount specified and scanning QR code for U plan coupon and presenting U plan coupon to sales staffs before making a payment at the Mall Group department stores, consisting of the Mall Lifestore and the Mall department stores, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere and Paragon department store (Including Power Mall, Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart).
- Limited One U plan per one sales slip. No accumulated sales slips are allowed.
- U plan coupon is limited to 5,000 privileges, based on a first-come-first-served basis until reaching the limitation.
- U plan coupon is limited to 3 coupons/ card number/ quarter (1 July – 30 September 2025, 1 October – 31 December 2025, 1 January – 31 March 2026, 1 April – 30 June 2026).
- U plan coupon’s validity is subjected to the validity date stated on the coupon. Please check the details of the discount before using.
- Each U Plan coupon can only be redeemed once.
- U plan coupon cannot be split or transferred/converted/exchanged into cash or other things.
- In case a return or refund is requested, a cardholder will only be refunded the actual price (price after discount) paid with ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card. Redeemed U plan coupon cannot be reused or returned.
- No partial refunds are allowed for U plan coupon transactions.
- The promotion cannot be used with the spending at Gourmet Eat, Installment item, Alcoholic beverages/Wine Cellar, medicine, baby milk powder Formula 1 and Formula 2, Gift Voucher, Gift Card, all types of Top-up card, non-participating items, renting shops in department stores and shopping centers.
- The promotion can be used in conjunction with ICBC (Thai) and other in-store promotion in the same period. Other specific terms and conditions determined by each shop in The Mall Group department stores shall apply, please ask the sales staffs for more information before making a payment.
- ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions/benefit of the promotion with prior 7 days’ notice to the credit cardholders. In case of any disagreement/dispute, ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd.’s mutual decision shall be deemed final.

- Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per annum.
