- Cancellation by notifying directly to Anantara Vacation Club’s reservation center under the following policy:
- For Low or Mid-Season:
- Cancel 14 days before arrival, nopenalty charge.
- Cancel during 13-8 days before arrival, 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
- Cancel during 7-0 days before arrival, 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
- For High or Peak Season:
- Cancel 21 days before arrival, nopenalty charge.
- For Peak Season or Last-Minute Reservation
- If booked within 30 days of arrival date, the booking cannot be cancelled, is non-refundable and unchangable.
- Anantara Vacation Club and ICBC (Thai) reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions/benefits of the campaign by informing the cardholders no less than 7 days in advance. In case of any disagreements/disputes Anantara Vacation Club and ICBC (Thai)’s decision shall be deemed final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials or any documents relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
