- The promotion is only reserved for ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders whose cards are still valid.
- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders receive THB 120 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 600 on GrabFood service when spending through ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card.
- Credit cardholders must fill in the discount code “UPFOOD” in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using ICBC (Thai) UnionPay Credit Cards before placing the food order.
- The promotional code is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 October 2026 or until redemptions last.
- Limited to 3 redemptions per consumer per month on first-come-first-served basis until redemption last.
- If any refund, return or cancellations, the actual payment amount will be refunded to ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card only. Partial returns are not supported for this promotion. The discount quota will be deemed as used.
- The discount is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a total quota of 150 redemptions per day and 4,500 redemptions per month.
- Eligible only for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
- Promotional code applies to GrabFood orders within the service area provided in Thailand only.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except for delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
- Credit cardholders agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the credit cardholders agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order.
- Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
- Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (“ICBC (Thai)”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus ICBC (Thai) is not responsible for the products or services provided by Grab. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by Grab. In case of any queries or problems, please directly contact Grab.
- UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
