Article I Transaction Qualification
1. Registration
The Applicant with the Bank card or passbook may be permitted to use the ICBC Personal e-Banking after registering at any branch of the Bank.
2. Halt of Transaction 
    If an incorrect Log-in Password has been input for 3 consecutive times within the same day, the access to the ICBC Personal e-Banking will be automatically halt for one day and will be available again the next day. Consequently, if an incorrect Log-in Password has been input for 6 accumulate times, such password will be automatically cancelled in which the Applicant will need to reset the Log-in Password at any branch of the Bank. 
    If an incorrect start up password had been input, the e-Password Token will automatically be locked and will be available again on the next day, except the Applicant may unlock the e-Password Token on the same day by using the unlock challenge code displayed in the e-Password Token at any branch of the Bank. If the e-Password Token is locked for 6 accumulate times, the Applicant will need to reset the start up password at any branch of the Bank.
3. Other regulations for the use of the ICBC Personal e-Banking
The e-Password Token will be used until the battery icon in the upper left will keep flashing when the battery is running low. If the warning appears, the Applicant needs to apply for a new e-Password Token at any branch of the Bank.

The ICBC Personal e-Banking is available 24-hour a day. However, some transaction’s time may have limitations

Article VI Others
The Bank will make an announcement in advance when the service is to be suspended more than 3 hours due to an upgrade of the Bank’s website or the ICBC Personal Internet Banking. To check for any announcement please check on the website. The Bank reserves the right to specify, amend, add or change these ICBC Personal e-Banking Transaction Rules.
