- The applicant’s home and/or business address must be located in Thailand.
- Card Applicant’s age must be 20-65.
- Cannot apply for supplementary card
- Minimum monthly income is THB 15,000 for Thai Citizen / THB 35,000 for Chinese Citizen / THB 100,000 for Others Citizen.
