| Grab Food Terms and Conditions: |
- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders who are new to GrabFood receive THB 80 discount when applying the promotional code “UPFNEW” in the promo code box before placing a GrabFood order at least THB 250/ sales slip on Grab application by choosing ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card as payment method. (Limit: 1 time / user throughout the campaign period)
- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders receive THB 60 discount when applying the promotional code “UPF60” in the promo code box before placing a GrabFood order at least THB 250/sales slip on Grab application by choosing ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card as payment method. (Limit: 2 times / user / month)
- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders receive THB 100 discount when applying the promotional code “UPF25” in the promo code box before placing a GrabFood order at least THB 400/sales slip on Grab application by choosing ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card as payment method. - The promotional code is valid from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024 or until redemptions last.
- The new users’ code is eligible for users who make payment using a UnionPay credit card (issued in Thailand only) for the first time on Grab platform through GrabPay or for the first time since 1 January 2023 only.
- This promotion is eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on Grab Food.
- Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service areas in Thailand only.
- Limit maximum 6,324 redemptions throughout the campaign period for “UPFNEW”, 161 redemptions / day or 29,512 redemptions throughout the campaign period for “UPF60”, maximum 83 redemptions / day or 15,178 redemptions throughout the campaign period for “UPF25” based on first-come first-serve basis.
- The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions of Grab and ICBC (Thai) in the same campaign period, except for GrabUnlimited members who still can use delivery discount from GrabUnlimited , and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
- Users are responsible for extra charges that may occur after discount deduction; should the discount is greater than the service fee, users hereby agree that the difference cannot be converted to cash or discount for future use.
- Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification to the customers.
- Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the promotion by informing the cardholders no less than 7 days in advance, and in the event of any disputes, Grab’s decision shall be deemed final.

- ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders receive 20% discount up to THB 60 when applying the promo code “UPT60” in the promotional code box before placing a Grab Transport order when paying at least THB 200 on Grab application by choosing ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card as payment method. (Limit 2 times /user/month)
- The promotion code is valid from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024 or until redemptions last.
- The new user code is eligible for users who make payment using a UnionPay credit card (issued in Thailand only) for the first time on Grab or for the first time since 1 January 2023.
- Limit maximum 5,059 redemptions throughout the campaign period for “UPTNEW”, maximum 69 redemptions/day or 12,648 redemptions throughout the campaign period for “UPT60” based on first-come first-serve basis.
- The promotional code is only applicable to JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium (in other service areas), GrabSUV, GrabVan and Rent (inapplicable for advance booking).
- The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion of Grab and ICBC (Thai) in the same campaign period and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
