- The promotion is only reserved for ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders whose cards are still valid.
- Cardholders must register ICBC (Thai) mobile banking application and link ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card with the applications before making the payment.
- Limited the discount usage amount to 5,000 privileges throughout the promotion. The discount is on a first-come-first-served basis until reaching the limitation.
- •Limited discount up to 1 redemption/ card/ day or up to 2 redemptions/ card/month. The discount is on a first-come-first-served basis until reaching the limitation. /span>
- Split bills are not allowed. If cardholders need to make multiple purchases, they need to line up again. A cashier has the right to reject cardholders who jump the queue from participating in the promotion.
- In case of cancellations of transactions or refunds, it shall be deemed that the cardholder has waived to use the discount, and the actual amount shall be refunded to the cardholder's credit card. The discount is considered as used.
- Only transactions processed through UnionPay network are qualified for the promotion. Stored value types such as redemption coupons, pre-paid cards, precious metal, alcohol and tobacco products are not applicable for the promotion.
- For discount failures caused by cardholder-related reasons such as incompatibility of user device, app not updated to the latest version, loss report of cards, exchange of cards etc., the discount quota will not be compensated.
- The discounts and benefits granted in this promotion are only for the cardholders’ own use. If the cardholder obtains or uses the discounts in an improper manner (including but not limited to modifying the cardholder's location, using cheating tools, engaging in false transactions with merchants, etc.), UnionPay International Co., Ltd. has the right to cancel the cardholder's participation qualification, revoke relevant transactions, revoke the preferential benefits (including used and unused ones), and/or refuse the cardholder to participate in any future UnionPay International Co., Ltd. promotional activities.
- All the timeslots are based on the backend system of UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (UTC+8 time). In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this promotion to the extent that permitted by law. The list of participating restaurants may not be able to participate in the promotion due to changes in business conditions, and the specific details shall be subject to the on-site business situation.
- ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend any terms, conditions and/or benefits of this promotion with 7-day prior notice to the cardholders. In case of any disagreement or dispute, the decision of ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. shall be final.
