  • Cardholders must reserve the available room 14 days in advance and for cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a one-night penalty charge.
  • In case of a no-show, or cancellation on the check-in date, Hotel will bill to cardholder’s credit card for the corresponding room charges.
  • The discount cannot be used during long holiday and festive holiday as following Christmas and New year period from 23 December 2025 - 3 January 2026, Chinese New Year period from 13 - 21 February 2026 and Songkran period from 10 - 19 April 2026.
  • The reservation is subjected to room availability.
  • Reserves the right to cancel and amend the terms and conditions and benefits with prior 7 days’ notice to the customers. In case of disagreement or dispute, ICBC (Thai) and hotel’s decision shall be deemed final.
  • Other terms and conditions as determined by the participated hotels shall apply.
  • This promotion cannot be transferred/converted/exchanged into cash or any other reward.
  • ICBC (Thai) is not involved in the sale of products and services. Should there be any problem or question, please directly contact each participated hotels.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions of ICBC (Thai) in the same campaign period.
  • Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per annum.
