- This promotion is valid from 14 April 2025 until 31 August 2025 only.
- This promotion is only reserved for ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders.
- Get RMB 100 discount when spending at least RMB 350/ sales slip via ICBC (Thai) SplendorPlus UnionPay credit card at participating restaurants in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.
- Get RMB 50 discount when spending at least RMB 350/ sales slip via other ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cards at participating restaurants in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.
- Cardholders can check the participating restaurants list as the following website www.diningcity.cn/pages/UPI_Dining_Benefit.
- The number of discounts for ICBC (Thai) SplendorPlus UnionPay credit card is limited to 300 privileges throughout the promotion period and the number of discounts for other ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card is limited to 2,300 privileges throughout the promotion period. The discount is on a first-come-first-served basis until reaching the limitation.
- Limited discount up to 1 privilege/ cardholder/ day and 10 privileges/ cardholder/ throughout the promotion period.
- The discount amount will be calculated in RMB and deducted from the spending promptly, provided that such spending in RMB shall be converted into the based currency of the credited card by using real-time exchange rate.
- In case of cancellations of transactions or refunds, it shall be deemed that the cardholder has waived to use the discount, and the actual amount shall be refunded to the cardholder's credit card. The discount is considered as used.。
- The discounts and benefits granted in this promotion are only for the cardholders’ own use. If the cardholder obtains or uses the discounts in an improper manner (including but not limited to modifying the cardholder's location, using cheating tools, engaging in false transactions with merchants, etc.), UnionPay International Co., Ltd. has the right to cancel the cardholder's participation qualification, revoke relevant transactions, revoke the preferential benefits (including used and unused ones), and/or refuse the cardholder to participate in any future UnionPay International Co., Ltd. promotional activities.
- All the timeslots are based on the backend system of UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (UTC+8 time). In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this promotion to the extent that permitted by law. The list of participating restaurants may not be able to participate in the promotion due to changes in business conditions, and the specific details shall be subject to the on-site business situation.
- ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend any terms, conditions and/or benefits of this promotion with 7-day prior notice to the cardholders. In case of any disagreement or dispute, the decision of ICBC (Thai) and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. shall be final.
