- Accumulative receipts are not allowed for the redemption.
- The amount specified on the receipt may be the amount prior to applying the discount. The actual amount charged after the discount will be shown via SMS from ICBC (Thai) and/or on the bank statement in ICBC (Thai)’s application.
- In case of request for refund, a cardholder shall only be refunded the actual amount paid after the discount.
